We created firework pictures using metal forks and different coloured poster paint.
We learnt about the Hindu festival Divali and acted out the story of 'Rama and Sita'.
As part of our work around the festival of Divali we modelled diva pots using clay. We added different patterns around the edge using a range of modelling tools.
We investigated how to make a simple electrical circuit using wires, crocodile clips, a battery pack and bulb. We all showed great perseverance and problem solving skills.
In Science we used torches to explore which materials allowed light through and which blocked the light. We learnt new scientific vocabulary- transparent, translucent and opaque.
